Liked the Mugs

Ordered The Mugs. They arrived quickly. Good size and comfortable to hold. No complaints. Would consider buying more.

Good quality, minor shipping issue

I ordered The Flatware Set and The Tall Glasses. The items themselves are really nice; the flatware has a good weight and the glasses feel durable. Shipping took exactly a week, which was fine, but one of the glasses arrived with a tiny scratch on the rim. Not enough to return it, but a bit annoying. Customer service was quick to respond when I mentioned it, even though I declined a replacement. The packaging could probably be a bit more robust for glass items. Overall, I think the value is fair for the quality you get.

Consistent quality, fast delivery

This was my third order from Fable Home. I got The Cereal Bowls this time, and just like my previous orders for The Dinnerware Set, everything arrived perfectly packed and in great shape. Shipping was quick again, took about 4 days to reach me in California. I keep coming back because their stuff holds up well and the service is reliable.

Nice everyday plates

I finally bought The Dinner Plates after thinking about it for a while. They looked good online, and they're even better in person. Used them last night, and they felt really sturdy. My old plates chipped constantly, so I hope these last longer. No drama with the delivery, it all just showed up. Happy with them overall.

Smooth order for Salad Servers

I bought The Salad Servers after seeing them on a friend's table. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I wanted easily. Shipping took about five business days to my place in Texas. The servers arrived well-protected in the box, no dents or scratches. They feel solid and look nice with my existing bowls. I also checked out their return policy beforehand, just in case, and it seemed reasonable. Everything about this purchase went smoothly from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for quality kitchen items.

how long does it typically take for an order to arrive in, say, New York City?

C Colin Q. 2 months ago

For me in Boston, it was usually under a week. I'd say 3-5 business days is a good estimate.

I'm in Brooklyn, and my last order for some mugs came in about 4 days. Sometimes it's a bit quicker if it ships early in the week.

Considering Fable for dinnerware but also looking at Our Place. Anyone have experience with both? How do they stack up?

C Chris 2 months ago

I have plates from both! Fable feels more 'traditional' nice dinnerware, a bit heavier and very durable. Our Place is lighter and more casual, good for everyday but maybe not as fancy. Both are good though.

Fable definitely wins on variety for me. Their entire lineup feels more cohesive and like you're building a proper set. Our Place is cool but their ceramics felt a little more 'trendy' if that makes sense, and not as timeless as Fable's stuff.

Can I use two coupon codes at once? I have a referral code and also signed up for the newsletter for another discount.

E Elena 1 month ago

Nah, they almost never let you stack codes. It's usually one per order, gotta pick the best one.

I've tried before and it always says only one coupon allowed. So you'll have to choose which discount you want to use.

Does Fable ever do sales bigger than the typical 10% off for first-timers? Trying to decide if I should wait for a better deal on a full set.

E Emma 1 month ago

Oh yeah, definitely. They usually have a pretty good Black Friday sale, and sometimes a warehouse sale too. I got my flatware set during a seasonal clearance and saved like 20%.

They do 'bundle and save' too, so if you're getting a whole set that's usually a better deal than just using a 10% off code. Keep an eye out around holidays.

Thinking of getting the dinnerware set for a wedding gift. What's the return policy like if they don't like the color?

M Mark Silva 2 months ago

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month for a mug that arrived chipped. They just ask for the original packaging and it needs to be unused. Pretty straightforward.

They have a decent return window, I think it's like 30 days or something. Just make sure the stuff is in new condition. I returned some wine glasses that just weren't my vibe and it was no hassle.
